In April 2008 I transferred all of the Agency based workers I employ at our print facility in Rugeley from our existing supplier to Cream Recruit. This decision was based on my dissatisfaction with our old supplier and contact from a recruitment consultant who had recently joined Cream Recruit.

From my first contact with Cream I was thoroughly impressed with their very professional service and high level of customer care. The transition from the old supplier was made seamless by Cream with all the paperwork and admin work completed within a small timescale with the minimum of fuss. There was no disruption to the employees work commitments at our site.

The terms and conditions I required from Cream were met without question and we soon developed a very slick and effective process for submitting timesheet information each week.

Cream have always responded immediatley to any queries or issues, with a dedicated Account Manager being allocated to our site. On the very rare occasion that we have an issue with a member of staff the team at Cream have dealt with the matter with great care and professionalism, and have always provided a very satisfactory outcome.

I hold regular quarterly review meetings with Cream at which they keep me updated with changes in employment law etc that may affect the terms and conditions of our contract or the contracts of the employees. These meetings prove very useful when planning future budgets for my agency based workers.

I have no hesitation in recommending Cream Recruit to any business considering an intake of Agency based workers, whether they are for short, medium or long-term contracts in the commercial sector.
