In 1973, Cream Recruit broke new ground in the recruitment sector by moving away from the industry’s traditionally cold, transactional approach through its fresh new caring philosophy of ‘Placing People First’. It was a bold new strategy which helped Cream to rise to the top. And it was a logical step for the company to open its CreamCare division in 2009 to source permanent, temporary and interim care staff for local authorities, private institutions and charities.

Quite simply, we’re called CreamCare because Cream care.

And, just as importantly, you’ll find that CreamCare recruits are always immaculately turned out in their signature green uniforms together with a unique ID badge recording each recruit’s training record, CRB number and Photo ID.
Going the extra mile (or ten)
At CreamCare we believe that what really makes us stand out from the crowd is the fact that our people are encouraged to go that extra mile for our clients, often quite literally. That’s why, in addition to taking a keen personal interest in every single booking, our Divisional Manager has even been known to ferry a candidate to work in the rush hour when their bus was late.
And, when a care manager once called in desperate need of a temporary chef (which we don’t supply), he rang round other agencies in his own time until he found just the right candidate.
